Large and bright apartment for a maximum of four persons (children included, children only from the age of 10), with covered terrace and private garden, two parking spaces and free access to the beach of Camping Punta d'Doro at 300 m (April until October).

The apartment is located in a residential area on the ground floor of a two-family house, 400 meters from the historic center of Iseo.

Large bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a small bedroom with French 140x200 (both rooms are equipped with air conditioning).
 
Living room with flat screen TV and dining room with large window front overlooking the garden.
 
Eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer.
 
A bathroom with double sink, bidet, bathtub and separate shower cubicle.

THE GARDEN WITH TERRACE

The garden offers a large covered terrace. A charcoal grill is available to guests.

THE BEACH

Just 300 meters from the property and a five minutes walk away is the beach of Camping PUNTA D'ORO.

Here you have two sun loungers and two chairs at your disposal. Guests of the apartment can take advantage of all the services of the campsite: sanitary facilities, showers (without shower coins), bar & mini market, buoy rental, bicycles, kayaks and SUP for rent (from April to mid October). PRIVATE PARKING

Two cars can be parked in the back garden.

Access to the garden over the ramp can be problematic for cars with a very low vehicle height or long wheelbase. In this case, a parking spot will be made available on the campsite.
