Campsite facilities
The camping area consists of a shaded grass-covered area that gently slopes down towards the lakeshore. The access lanes run perpendicular to the shore, allowing each pitch to enjoy at least some view of the lake.

The pitches are separated by trees and range in size from 45 to 90 m². The size of each individual pitch is indicated on the Prices page.
The stated size refers to the total area of the respective pitch. To ensure, wherever possible, a view of the lake and to leave sufficient space for manoeuvring, the pitch cannot be occupied to 100%.
Each pitch has a 6-amp electrical connection.
The pitches have a grass surface. Due to use and weather conditions, the grass cover may change throughout the season, especially during the high season and periods of low rainfall. As the pitches cannot be regularly watered like a garden, areas with reduced or completely absent grass cover may occur during the course of the season.
To protect the grass and, in particular, the roots of the trees, only wide-mesh ground covers are permitted (see photo in the campsite regulations). These allow water, air and light to pass through. In recent years, we have had to replace some trees due to root damage, and we would like to prevent this serious problem from occurring again.
For XL motorhomes and caravans we have two pitches not on the lake for vehicles up to 8.5 m (pitch 44 and 55). The map of the campsite can be found on the prices page.
From the grassy beach of the campsite, through a staircase and two slides you can easily access the lake. The bottom of the lake gradually descends. In June the water level normally begins to drop thus also forming a pebble beach. The beach is equipped with showers.
Punta D'Oro has two blocks of sanitary facilities and a bathroom for disabled people.
Both sanitary facilities have been renewed for 2023.
