Spacious and comfortable apartment with covered terrace and private garden, two parking spaces and free access to the beach of Camping Punta d'Doro at 300 m (from April until October).

For a maximum of four persons (children included). Children only from the age of 10.

The apartment is located in a residential area on the ground floor of a two-family house, 400 meters from the historic center of Iseo.

The flat is not barrier-free. Guests or visits (also short ones) by third parties are prohibited. Smoke free policy. Pets not permitted.

Large bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a small bedroom with French bed 140x200 (both rooms are equipped with air conditioning).

THE GARDEN WITH TERRACE

The garden offers a large covered terrace. A charcoal grill is available to guests.

THE BEACH

Just 300 meters from the property and a five minutes walk away is the beach of Camping PUNTA D'ORO.

Here you have two sun loungers and two chairs at your disposal. Guests of the apartment can take advantage of all the services of the campsite: sanitary facilities, showers (without shower coins), bar & mini market, buoy rental, bicycles, kayaks and SUP for rent. Two cars can be parked in the back garden.

Access to the garden over the ramp can be problematic for cars with a very low vehicle height or long wheelbase. In this case, a parking spot will be made available on the campsite.
